Craig Harrison began creating LandVoyage in 1999 to be used for real estate and land management applications. Harrison has been involved in nearly $500 million in land and water rights brokering with over 700 successful closings in Colorado over the last twenty years. The mapping information systems his companies have developed have been instrumental in these transactions. Harrison is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado and Wyoming and is also President and CEO of Harrison Resource Corporation.

Kyle J. Legg has been working with Craig Harrison since April 2000 and has been with LandVoyage since its launch. Legg has been a driving force behind LandVoyage, providing valuable technical expertise. As the GIS specialist, Legg has managed the acquisition, processing and storage of all LandVoyage mapping data. As the system administrator, Legg has directed hardware maintenance and database administration. As the technical consultant, Legg has managed all technical customer support in addition to directing custom consulting efforts. Legg has also been instrumental in management, website development and marketing.
